Most fully custom orders require a minimum of 400 units. Bottle Charm bundles from the Featured Collection require a MOQ of 200 units. There is no MOQ to order from the On-Hand Bottle Charm bundles.

Once your order is finalized, lead time is typically 90-120 days. If placing an order from our On-Hang Bottle Bundles, the turnaround is 2-3 weeks.

Yes, you will receive samples of your Bottle Charms until we get it perfect. Samles can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depends on the materials we source.

You pay 50% at the start of production and 50% upon shipment.

We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We also accept checks and ACH/wire payments.

Your pricing is all-inclusive. We handle all the design work for the bottle/bottle charms, digital mockups, sampling, shipping, tagging, and even product photography (upon request).
